Cooking evening with vomFASS products

As part of the ‘onboarding’ for vomFASS franchisees, a basic training course takes place at our company headquarters in Waldburg. Here, concentrated knowledge is imparted that is useful for running a vomFASS business. The applicants also get to know vomFASS intensively during this week.

Within this week, one evening is spent cooking in our event kitchen – with vomFASS products. This week was another basic seminar and this time Matthias Hensler, Head of Marketing and Product Management at vomFASS, spoiled us:

Aperitif: vomFASS Ichiban Yuzu gin liqueur spritzed

Starter: Salmon ceviche in vomFASS jalapeno oil with avocado and mango accompanied by vomFASS Wild Mango Balsam Star

Main course: Pork fillet in lemon-tomato butter with vomFASS lime oil and vomFASS San Domenico olive oil on sweet potato mash

Dessert: Yellow fruit jelly with vomFASS Maracuja Balsam Star and sour cream mousse with vomFASS Limoncino
