You make your own decisions, run your own store, and give it your personal signature. We make sure you have every tool and resource you need for your venture. It's your long-term success that we care about. That's why we stand reliably by your side from the first conversation to your store opening – and, of course, beyond, whenever you need us.
Start prepared. Not rushed.
In our experience, 6–9 months pass between our first meeting and your opening. We use this time to find a promising retail space together and get you ready for daily store life, so you can hit the ground running from day one.
Written Application & Initial Meeting
Send us your written application! We'll prepare for your initial meeting and send you a proposed date for a digital get-to-know session.
Financing, Location & Potential Analysis
The choice of location has a major impact on your store's future success. That's why we discuss your preferred location together and analyze its potential as well as possible financing options.
Foundation Seminar
To prepare you thoroughly for your store opening and give you practical insights into every relevant area of the business, we host a comprehensive foundation seminar for future partners. The seminar is free of charge & non-binding.
Internship
To get a real feel for day-to-day operations before opening your own store, you'll complete an unpaid internship of at least 14 days in total at a conveniently located vomFASS store.
Business Plan & Franchise Agreement
There are several important criteria to keep in mind when searching for a store. You'll receive support with finding the right property, negotiating the lease, and putting your previously developed business plan into action.
Build-Out & Opening
Based on your location, we select your initial product assortment and provide a team that handles the store build-out to specification and actively supports you with filling and stocking the products.

Total Investment at a Glance
How much equity you'll need at the start and how high the total investment for your vomFASS business will be depends primarily on the location and size of your retail space. In our experience, the costs fall within the following range:
Throughout our get-to-know process, we'll advise you extensively on financial topics like startup capital and creditworthiness. The goal is for you to get through the ramp-up phase with a financial cushion until your business is established. Together, we'll also work through projections and sample calculations showing how your investment can pay off over the long term.
