Optimal energy efficiency is the premise. Whether by switching to green electricity, continuously expanding our own solar panels, or reusing the heat generated by our vinegar manufactory in Waldburg – the goal is to establish a cycle that conserves resources and measurably reduces emissions.
Our refill system is the heart of our sustainability strategy, putting reusable glass bottles into circulation. For logistics and non-refillable products, we rely on reusable containers, recycled cardboard, and sustainable filling materials – and we regularly train our partners in proven zero-waste practices to avoid waste at every level.
We're actively committed to preserving traditional orchard meadows and, together with our local and international partner businesses, protect valuable habitats for countless animal and plant species. Across all locations, every raw ingredient is sourced in compliance with certifiable, gentle harvesting cycles and methods.
We choose partner businesses that share our values and production standards. We avoid intermediaries and strive for long-term collaboration with time-honored family businesses – defined by fair pay, transparency, and personal relationships on equal footing.

Since our founding, filling from the barrel has been at the core of our store concept. Customers bring their own bottles or use sturdy vomFASS glass containers to effortlessly refill their favorite products. Together, we save packaging material, avoid waste – and focus on what really counts: high-quality vinegars, oils, and spirits, made with care and sold with conviction.
