Our Apricot Balsam Star impressed the jury at the International Taste Institute and won the Superior Taste Award with two stars!

The “Superior Taste Award” is a certification awarded by the International Taste Institute to food products that have undergone a positive taste assessment by a panel of first-class chefs and sommeliers.

Just in time for Easter 2024, the vomFASS shop in the AEZ in Hamburg, Germany has opened its doors and once again all customers can: See – Taste – Enjoy. We are delighted about the expansion of Class Ahlers, which is now operating its third and new vomFASS shop in the Alstertal shopping centre in Hamburg in addition to its locations in Celle and Hamburg-Tibarg in Germany. We wish the entire team and Claas Ahlers continued fun and success with vomFASS!

Handover Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany

Bernd Beuttenmüller put his heart and soul into running his vomFASS shop in Bietigheim-Bissingen for over 21 years and has now gone into well-deserved retirement. We wish you, Mr Beuttenmüller, all the best for your retirement! Many thanks for the time we spent together!

Markus Koppe opened his vomFASS shop as a shop-in-shop concept in Bietigheim-Bissingen on 27 March, just in time for Easter. We are particularly pleased that we were able to reactivate the location directly and find a successor. A warm welcome to the vomFASS family and good luck for this exciting journey!

Sustainability report 2022|2023

We are pioneers in sustainability and transparency!

After two years of data collection and project work, we have published the first sustainability report of  VOM FASS AG. One thing is clear: environmental protection and a fair supply chain have been at the core of vomFASS for years. With the report, we can now show holistically and with authentic transparency in which areas we are involved and where there is room for improvement.

By the way: With this report, we are anticipating the new European Union Reporting Directive (CSRD), which will come into force in 2026, and as a pioneer, we are communicating transparently on topics such as water consumption, equal opportunities and climate protection.

OvomFASS Wien Donau Zentrum n 01.02.2024, family Scholler handed over the vomFASS store in Vienna-Donau Zentrum in Austria to Jusztina Lang, who has been successfully operating in Vösendorf, Austria since September 2022 and is now running her second location. While Ms. Lang will continue to be in Vösendorf, her partner Alexander Plank will be in the store in Vienna-Donau Zentrum. The new year begins for vomFASS with a nomination for the Global Franchise Awards. Trophäe
vomFASS has been nominated for the first time for the Global Franchise Award in the “Best Food & Drink Franchise” category and is therefore one of the finalists for 2024. We are delighted about this nomination and of course hope to win the award.
