Mrs Birgit Haselhoff has handed over her vomFASS shop in Coesfeld to Marielies Küper. We thank Mrs Haselhoff for her many years at vomFASS and wish her all the best.

After renovations, Marielies Küper reopened the vomFASS shop at Schüppenstraße 2 in Coesfeld on 11.11.2021. We are delighted that the first few days have already been so successful.

We wish the Küper family continued success and fun in their new role and warmly welcome the entire Küper family to the vomFASS family.

Annual event vomFASS

Actually, every autumn vomFASS invites all its franchisees, employees and, in some cases, producers to a big event at our company headquarters in Waldburg. Actually. In 2020, this event was held digitally for the first time, and in 2021 we held a hybrid event: live on site at the headquarters for our employees and digitally for all franchisees.

With the motto “vomFASS Genuss-Stadl – rustic, culinary, turquoise” a few guests tasted new products or congratulated jubilarians. By sending out enjoyment boxes for our franchisees, they were able to take part in everything and even take part in a quiz with blind-tastings. An entertaining evening which, despite the digital format, managed to bring the vomFASS family closer together.

The transfer took place from our vaulted cellar: barrels were moved, stage and technology installed.

Shop opening vomFASS Vienna Donau Zentrum, Austria

Our Franchisees Dunaa und Gerhard Scholler, who already run the vomFASS shops in Krems and St. Pölten in Austria, have now opened their third!

Since 20 September 2021, the two have also been welcoming customers in the Donau Zentrum in Vienna. The first days were very successful and we are happy about that start togehther with the Scholler family!

Cooking evening with vomFASS products

As part of the ‘onboarding’ for vomFASS franchisees, a basic training course takes place at our company headquarters in Waldburg. Here, concentrated knowledge is imparted that is useful for running a vomFASS business. The applicants also get to know vomFASS intensively during this week.

Within this week, one evening is spent cooking in our event kitchen – with vomFASS products. This week was another basic seminar and this time Matthias Hensler, Head of Marketing and Product Management at vomFASS, spoiled us:

Aperitif: vomFASS Ichiban Yuzu gin liqueur spritzed

Starter: Salmon ceviche in vomFASS jalapeno oil with avocado and mango accompanied by vomFASS Wild Mango Balsam Star

Main course: Pork fillet in lemon-tomato butter with vomFASS lime oil and vomFASS San Domenico olive oil on sweet potato mash

Dessert: Yellow fruit jelly with vomFASS Maracuja Balsam Star and sour cream mousse with vomFASS Limoncino
